Admission & Membership Policy

FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF ENTRY.

Successful ID verification entitles guests to Standard Membership of the venue, as per our licence requirements.
Membership data is stored indefinitely; members can cancel at any time, and all data will be permanently deleted.

Searches will be conducted on entry and at any time during your visit if deemed necessary for safety.
All searches are performed by security staff of the same gender as the guest.
Refusal to be searched will result in denial of entry or removal from the premises without refund.

Drugs Policy:

We have a zero-tolerance approach to drugs.
Anyone suspected of using, possessing, dealing, or soliciting drugs will be searched and ejected without refund.
If drugs are found, the guest will be detained and the matter reported to the police.

Weapons Policy:

Any guest found in possession of an offensive weapon will be detained and reported to the police.

Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission or remove guests at any time.
Guests who appear intoxicated, act aggressively, or behave inappropriately will be refused entry or service without refund.
We encourage all guests to drink responsibly.

Personal photography is permitted for private use only.
Unauthorised filming or photography is strictly prohibited; violations may result in confiscation of equipment and removal from the venue.
Promotional, commercial, and media recording may take place within the venue. By entering, you consent to the use of your image and likeness for any purpose in all media formats.

Lost items will be stored for a maximum of 30 days.

Membership and ID data collected during entry is stored securely and used solely for membership verification, legal compliance, and safety purposes.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for these purposes, and members can request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.

CCTV footage is recorded and stored securely and used solely for crime prevention, safety, and compliance with licensing regulations.
Recorded footage is retained for a limited period in accordance with data protection laws and is accessed only by authorised personnel.
By entering the venue, you consent to being recorded by CCTV cameras.
